Breakers Coaching Session 2
Today we had our second lesson with Chanel from the Breakers. We focused on dribbling, passing and working as a team. Check out these photos below of us below enjoying our 45 minutes of basketball action!
Te Reo Maori and Art Collaboration
As part of our Te Reo Maori this term, we will be looking at the traditional myths and legends from the Maori culture. We began with 'The Fish of Maui'. We thought it would be a great idea to work collaboratively to create a 'shared book' of this myth. These photos show us working together on the sketching of a scene from the story. When this is complete, we will vivid our sketches and use dye to add colour. We will then publish our section of the myth and display in the classroom. I can't wait to see the final product!
